Any dispute arising out of or relating to these GTCU or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Website Publisher may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
